At Limra Fitness, we are committed to ensuring your gym equipment reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we manage deliveries.

Shipping Duration:

  • We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges:

  • Chennai Deliveries: For deliveries within Chennai city, a vehicle charge will apply. The cost typically ranges from ₹1000 to ₹1500, depending on the size and weight of the equipment.
  • Other Cities: Shipping charges for locations outside Chennai will depend on the weight of the equipment and the distance (in kilometres) to the delivery location. Exact charges will be calculated and provided at the time of checkout.

Local Operations Base (LOB):

  • Our Local Operations Base is situated in Chennai All orders are processed from this location, and any inquiries regarding shipments can be directed to our customer service team at zcontact@limrafitness.com

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, Also we’ll keep you updated on a Call and assist you until it reaches your delivery address.
